A week or so ago I figured out that for as much as I can exercise with no problems I just can't get the eating thing and don't believe anyone who says that just exercise will get you to lose weight it won't.
So I see an advert for the cooler clense and it sounds like something I could do. I decided against a five day clense and went for the 3. It's not cheap but I figured it was my way to find discipline in
My eating and jump start some path to eating better cleaner.
So the cooler arrives on thursday and it begins 6 juices for the day that you drink in a certain order.
Funny thing I am a fan of the green juice at whole foods but this one I found really thin and watery. Loved the grapefruit juice the almond milk was also tasty way to end the day.
I only really felt hungry once. I kept exercising so maybe that's why. No headaches maybe a little moody that I couldn't enjoy a bowl of Pho with the family on a rainy day.
I felt a real mental hunger. Like I wanted to eat something just because I knew I couldnt not because I was hungry but because I just wanted to which tells me my body doesn't need more food and I can say no to my cravings.
So day 3. Im not going to lie I'm looking forward to that bowl of Pho in a couple days. ( you need to ease out of the clense slowly with healthy food).
Oh and I miss my soy lattes.
